    You are kindly requested to complete your child's admission folder with the documents below, as defined by the Saudi Ministry of Education (MoE) for registration approval. Please note that students with an incomplete portfolio will not be able to join classes for that academic year and will not be officially registered in the “Noor System.”

    Conditions for Acceptance of New Students

    Please read all conditions carefully before signing

    Dear Parents,

    Thank you for applying to Dar Jana International Schools. Kindly be informed of our school’s terms and conditions for the acceptance of new students:

    1. 01

      The applicant must obtain a minimum passing grade of 75% in all entrance exam subjects.

    2. 02

      The applicant must pass the individual interview.

    3. 03

      Parents will undergo an interview, be informed about school rules and sign a Parent Agreement to ensure compliance.

    4. 04

      Results of the entrance exams will be released within 48 hours. Parents will be notified via email provided in the application form.

    5. 05

      Upon acceptance, all required documents and forms must be submitted, and first semester tuition fees paid within one week. Failure to comply results in cancellation.

    6. 06

      Entrance exam results remain confidential. Exams cannot be reviewed or discussed with the administration.

    7. 07

      If no seats are available, the student will be placed on a waiting list.

    8. 08

      The entrance exam fee is non-refundable and non-deductible from school fees.
